This rare collection includes three styles of limited-edition dresses designed in collaboration with award-winning fashion designer Peter Hidalgo. Each dress is meticulously made using premium quality silk-wool and cotton fabric, printed in vibrant colors tailored with close attention to detail. Signed and numbered by the artist, every garment is a collectible work of art, made to be both worn and exhibited.

These expertly tailored and intricately printed dresses showcase collaged paintings from Salle’s exhibition. Salle’s quintessential style of playing with poetical juxtapositions and combining a variety of visual signs and symbols are cleverly on display in each of these dresses. Enlarged details of black and white renderings of illustrations from the ‘40s and ‘50s are combined with pop culture motifs and plant and floral visuals in the type of “free jazz” style Salle is celebrated for. Only 40 dresses in each style will be produced, numbered and signed by Salle, and just like his artwork, the dresses are seen as future museum pieces.
